Natural Process, also known as Dry Process or Unwashed Coffee is the oldest method of processing coffee. The coffee cherry after harvest is sun dried on farm patios before it is hulled, hand-sorted and hand graded.

It is a strong coffee with a bite to begin and a full bodied complexity to finish.
